Looking to breathe new life into a broken celestite tumble stone? Consider creating beautiful pendants by wire wrapping the fragments. This thoughtful approach transforms what might be discarded into meaningful gifts.

If you're unfamiliar with wire wrapping, don't worry. Numerous resources are available that can gently guide you through the process. Focus on tutorials that teach how to frame the edges of stones. You’ll find that this technique allows you to highlight each stone's unique form elegantly.

By selecting these specific skills, you'll learn how to delicately encase your stones instead of utilizing a complete spiral wrap. This method offers a subtler touch, allowing the natural beauty of the stone to shine through in your pendants.

With some practice and patience, you’ll soon craft cherished pieces from your celestite stones.

When I initially began, I explored tutorials on YouTube focusing on "wire wrapping techniques" and "creating wire wrapped pendants." It was an exciting way to learn a new craft. Enjoy the process! 😊

Hey everyone!

I wanted to share what I’ve been up to lately. I’m working on an exciting project involving wire wrapping crystal stones as part of a meditation development course. It’s all about creating a skeletal structure for a clay statuette that’s going to feature seven loops for crystals, each representing one of the seven primary Chakras. Isn’t that cool?

For this project, I’m using some fun materials! Chicken wire from craft shops is perfect for wrapping the stones. I also have flower arranging wire, and it’s handy to have wire cutter pliers and long nose pliers on hand—ideally two pairs. For wrapping itself, I love using single gauge electrical wire (0.7mm) since it works great! And if you feel adventurous, a soldering iron is optional too.

If you’re interested in creating something similar or need help designing a frame for your stone, just let me know the size and shape you’re working with! Happy crafting!

Hey Thistle, just a thought—it made me wonder with the mention of 'cage', could your crystals be feeling confined or restricted in some way?

Your project sounds incredibly intriguing! I genuinely hope everything unfolds precisely how you envision it. It's such an exciting journey you're embarking on, and I'm eager to see how it all comes together.

Hey everyone! I’m excited to share a little glimpse of my latest project! Picture this: a stunning design that weaves together a frame and crystals directly into clay. Each crystal will sit snug in its own little cage, giving it the freedom to vibrate and shine at its best.

To keep everything safe, I’ll wrap the whole structure in tin foil. It's all about making sure those vibrations are protected! And here’s where it gets really cool—the seven crystal cages will connect to a central "spine" using delicate 0.3mm wire strands, leading up to a crystal disc right at the crown Chakra. There’s a little ancient Egyptian magic in this design too!

If you’re curious, I’d love to share pictures once I'm further along. Just let me know if that interests you! Can't wait to see what others think!

Hey there, everyone!

I just wanted to shout out how thoughtful it is to include crystals for protecting freedom of movement! What a beautiful idea!

Also, wouldn’t it be great to start a new thread sharing pictures of your project? It would really help bring everything to life and make it more visible to all of us excited viewers!

And a quick apology to OP for the detour from the original topic—things happen in discussions sometimes! Let’s keep the good vibes rolling!
