Every morning, I notice something curious—waking around times with the digits 45 or 15. Most often, it's exactly 5:45 AM. Over time, this pattern has continued, showing up consistently between 4:45 and as late as 10:45 AM.

Even at earlier times like 1:45 or 2:45 AM, the pattern persists for about six months now. These recurring numbers catch my interest every time I see them.

This routine seems to point to a strange tendency for certain numbers to appear at my wake-up times so regularly.
