Hey everyone, I need a bit of help! I woke up today with this strange feeling in my solar plexus. It's like there's a weird pressure, maybe even spasms going on there. Has anyone else ever felt something like this?

The primary symptoms I am experiencing include:

- a trembling sensation near the solar plexus
- slight spasming
- gentle burning
- mild pain
