I'm new to spiritual forums and hoping to get some insights on a curious sensation I've been experiencing. About once a week, I feel a tingling or vibrating sensation on the top of my head. It's not painful, just noticeable and a bit puzzling since it happens randomly. Along with this, I occasionally catch tiny flashes of white light in my peripheral vision. I'm not sure if these two occurrences are related, but they seem peculiar together.

I don't have much background on chakras or spiritual phenomena, so I'm unsure whether what I'm experiencing might be connected to something spiritual. It could also be something purely physiological, but I'm open to learning more from those who might have knowledge or similar experiences.

I'm reaching out to see if anyone here has felt anything like this or has thoughts on what might be causing these sensations and visions. Your perspectives would be greatly appreciated as I try to understand what's happening.
