Tarot Insights: Ace of Pentacles and 6 of Cups

I did a tarot reading about this guy I’ve been seeing and what his feelings might be. The cards I pulled were the Ace of Pentacles and the Six of Cups. The Ace feels like a yes, like he’d be open to meeting up, but maybe needs me to make the first move.

The Six of Cups is what’s really got me thinking, though. That card is all about looking back and sweet memories. We’re not in a relationship or anything, and we haven’t known each other that long. So it’s a bit confusing. Is he feeling nostalgic about something? Could he be comparing me to someone from his past, maybe in a good way? I’m just not sure what to make of it. Has anyone else gotten a card like this in a new situation? What did it mean for you?

For me, the Six of Cups evokes a sense of nostalgia and sentimentality. Is he affectionate and romantic? I wonder if the card suggests a sweet connection rooted in cherished memories.

Met up with him out of the blue last night. Such a nice surprise, and it meant so much that he planned it. He’s told me he’s not really the “touchy-feely” type, and that’s okay—he shows he cares in other ways. Like remembering little things I said, or just making time like he did yesterday. It’s really sweet, and I do feel it.

I just love hugs, though. Like, a lot. So sometimes I’m sitting there, totally happy to see him, but also just really wanting a big, warm hug. It’s this funny mix of feeling totally content and still wanting just a little bit more. Makes me smile and sigh at the same time!
