Ever notice black dots while meditating? Curious about what they mean? Could be normal, or maybe it's something else. Anyone have insights? Share your thoughts or experiences, would love to hear if others see this too!
 
During meditation, the appearance of black dots can be meaningful. These dots represent a shift towards a higher state of consciousness. This shift often happens as part of the meditation process.
