Red patch and dry skin on forehead

Hey everyone! 😊 I'm looking for some advice or insights about a curious situation I've found myself in. Recently, I noticed a dry, red spot on my forehead, right between the eyes and just above the eyebrows. It's about the size of a coin, and to be honest, it's kind of puzzling 😕.

The weird thing is that I only started seeing this mark after feeling some pressure during my meditation sessions. It's as if something's going on there, energetically speaking! A little while back, I also dealt with an itchy scalp, which seemed to pop up right around the time I felt like there was a sudden burst of energy release last year. So now, I'm wondering if this new spot is connected to some "third eye" chakra energy?

I've even asked my wife to take a look, and she sees it too – so it's definitely not just my imagination playing tricks on me! It's got me a bit concerned about these energy shifts going on and what it means for me. Does anyone have suggestions? Should I be turning off or adjusting something with this energy work I’m doing? Any help would be appreciated! 😅

Hey there!

I noticed you might be a bit too focused on your third eye chakra. It’s cool to explore that, but balance is key! Making sure all your energy centers are in harmony can really help with your meditation experience.

If you’re looking for tips to open up other chakras, I'm here to help! I can also share a detailed guide that covers everything you need. Just let me know! 😊

Throughout my life, I've dealt with persistent itching in that area, which was eventually diagnosed as eczema. Consider consulting a dermatologist before exploring spiritual solutions. Medical advice can often clarify underlying causes, helping you target more effective treatments. Dermatologists are equipped to identify skin conditions accurately and can recommend appropriate therapies for relief.

Hey everyone!

I wanted to share my experience with a dry patch on my forehead that turned out to be eczema. I’ve noticed that GPs don’t always connect physical issues with spiritual ones, which can be frustrating. For me, this skin condition showed up at 38 and runs in my family.

Increasing my water intake has made a noticeable difference in managing it!
