Meditation, how could we live without it?
There are many different variations and methods of meditation, which is THE best?

How often do you meditate?
 
Before, I meditated once per day. Now I've lowered it to 2-3 sessions per week. Instead, I also try to take short sessions, if one could call it that. Stop, reflect, and calm down to get grounded again.

Works for me.

I meditate several times a day when ever I can.
.I have developed a open eyed version where I focus some object outside and enter the "Zone".
Took a lot if effort and practise, but I am slowly making head ways.
 
How has meditation transformed a challenging aspect of your life?
Meditation is now my life. Without it I would not be able to cope.
With all my metaphysical experiences in my life, without meditation I would not be able to meet any of the challenges, or come to terms with them. It keeps me grounded, my mind at ease and enables better information processing and reasoning.
 
Meditation has many forms I intend to discuss this subject a lot further.
As a starting point I suggest starting at the beginning explaining what meditation is . This You tube video saves a lot of typing and explains the concept with authority ( which I sadly lack).

The benefits he explains are very real and wonderful.
There are many different types of mediation, the names vary but the results are real and astounding.

I agree with you on the best meditation. In my case I use a method, a hybrid of several paths which suits me. I find I am able to see/ perceive my consciousness / soul.
First time I experienced seeing my soul in an out of body experience, while meditating, was rather disconcerting and wonderful.
