Hey everyone!
So, I've always been a meat lover, but lately, my body seems to be telling me otherwise. Every time I eat red meat, I end up with some pretty uncomfortable stomach issues—like a knot in my belly and even sweating when I'm... well, you know!
Honestly, it's starting to become quite a thing, and I'm not sure what to do about it.
It's not just red meat either. I had some chicken stew the other day and felt that same uneasy feeling. It's like my body is waving a big "nope" sign at me every time I try to enjoy something meaty.
I'm beginning to think maybe fish is the only thing my tummy can handle right now. It's got me pondering if I should just lean into vegetarianism or switch up my diet for something a bit cleaner.
Have any of you experienced something like this? I'd love to hear your stories or any advice you might have! Is there light at the end of this veggie tunnel?! Thanks in advance for your help!
