Feeling Tired After Chakra Clearing?

I recently tried Doreen Virtue's meditation CD for chakra clearing and noticed something interesting. Each session left me feeling quite tired, but it wasn't a bad kind of tired. It felt more like a fulfilling exhaustion, almost like the relaxation that comes after a productive day. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this same feeling of "good tiredness" after chakra sessions?
