Experiencing Unexplained White Flashes of Light

Hey everyone! I've been having this wild experience lately, seeing quick white flashes of light at all hours of the day and night. Just a tad freaky, right? What's really odd is it's happening with my eyes open, so it's not like those light shows you get when you close your eyes.

Being the curious person I am, I took to the internet to get some answers. Turns out, some folks think angels use colored lights as a way to say hello or let us know they're around. But here's the catch—these flashes I've been seeing are nothing but plain ol' white. No splash of rainbow colors here!

Makes ya wonder if it’s something else entirely... Especially since there's no goosebumps or warm fuzzy feeling that usually tags along with angelic encounters—at least from what I've read.

On top of all this twinkling, I've started hearing bells too! Weirdly enough, someone mentioned that these might be another sign from an angel. I’m just sitting here scratching my head though because there's just so much that's uncertain about these signs.

So I'm reaching out to you lovely people! Has anyone had something similar happen? Or could perhaps shed some light (pun intended!) or provide insights into what might be going on? So, I've been having these strange flashes of light lately. At first, I thought I should just get my eyes checked, but then it hit me—what if there’s more to it?

I feel like these twinkly lights might be some kind of contact from angels or spirits. Sounds wild, right? But since I've started acknowledging this connection, the flashes have actually happened less often.

I gotta share something wild that’s been happening lately! So, during meditation, I keep seeing these crazy visual phenomena. Last time, I saw this purplish orb just chillin’ in the air and some goldish-white sparkles above my altar. Like, whaaat?!

It’s kinda strange 'cause I always thought my eyes weren’t that great for spotting sparkles or anything while I meditate—usually it’s all darkness with just thoughts floating around. But lately, it feels like these flashes of light have become more frequent. Every time I open my eyes, there they are, shimmering away! It’s a little mind-blowing and honestly super comforting!
