Hello to all you beautiful souls out there. I've just started reading "Journey of Souls" by Michael Newton, a thoughtful gift from a friend who's always been a guiding light. This book is unlike anything I've read before, opening doors to the unknown corners of existence. It shares the profound experiences of 29 people who have ventured into a superconscious state, recounting their journeys through the spirit world after death. It's truly intriguing how Dr. Newton uses hypnosis as a bridge to explore these unique life-between-lives stories.

As I immerse myself in these narratives, I find myself reflecting deeply on the themes woven through the pages. They make me pause and consider what I believe about life after death and the spiritual journeys that might be waiting for us all. While I'm still absorbing it all, I'm curious to hear from others who have journeyed through this book.

Have any of you felt a similar pull towards these themes? What are your thoughts on the use of hypnotherapy to uncover such hidden realms? I'd love to create a space here for us to share insights and maybe learn something new about ourselves in the process.

Looking forward to hearing from you all and sharing some thoughtful discussions!

Hey everyone! 😊

I’ve been trying to find the right topics to chat about here, and then a little thought popped into my head that I wanted to share with you all! I recently read this fascinating book that dives into the journeys of souls, especially those who sadly end their lives by suicide. Talk about eye-opening! It really made me think about what happens after they pass.

One intriguing question that came up for me is whether these souls end up in a limbo state, like the book suggests. I even found some similar thoughts echoed in Eric Pearl's "The Reconnection." This idea totally sparked my curiosity!

The thing is, it reminds me of my own experience with my dad, who died by suicide. He actually appeared in a vivid dream of mine—not trapped or anything but in a really positive light. This got me wondering if his soul’s journey was more about moving on rather than being stuck somewhere.

Honestly, I don’t know much about hypnotherapy or past life regression, but I'm super interested in exploring those concepts further! Has anyone here tried past life regression sessions? What did you think?

I’d love to hear your thoughts and feelings about the book or any experiences you’ve had exploring these deeper subjects! Let's chat! 💬✨

I recently got into Dr. Newton’s books and let me tell you, they’ve totally inspired me! 😊 I’m doing some unofficial hypnotherapy research based on his ideas. I’ve dabbled in past life regressions and have tried my hand at life between lives (LBL) sessions as well.

Here’s the thing though—I haven’t quite been able to hit the jackpot like Dr. Newton did with his findings. While most folks I work with manage to tap into their past lives and even meet spirit guides, I rarely get to those vivid afterlife moments he talks about, like meeting at the gate or going through a life review. It can be a little frustrating!

I think part of it might come down to my own skills in hypnotherapy—definitely still a work in progress! An LBL hypnotherapist I spoke to advised me that it’s totally normal not to find the same experiences Newton describes, so that was reassuring.

Despite these bumps in the road, exploring this stuff is super fascinating! I’m eager to keep digging deeper and see what I discover next. Keep sharing your thoughts on this topic! 🌟

I just finished reading about some thought-provoking ideas around hypnosis and regression! It’s fascinating how hypnosis doesn’t just tap into our own subconscious but also connects with those around us, including the facilitators. That really makes you think about the impact of shared beliefs and emotions during these sessions!

It’s interesting to note that different hypnotists can guide subjects to similar experiences, reflecting their own personal beliefs. For example, someone who believes strongly in Newton's afterlife might lead a subject to that perspective while another might steer them towards something completely different!

However, it’s essential to keep our expectations in check since personal beliefs can color the experiences shared during hypnosis. The author raises a valid point about how many models of the afterlife feel like they come from religious backgrounds rather than being purely objective. What do you all think? 😊

Suicide often carries a heavy stigma shaped by religious views and the fear surrounding death. This pressure can add to the suffering of those who are already struggling, making their journey even harder.

It's sad to think that society sometimes pushes these feelings of fear and guilt onto individuals, impacting how they feel in life and possibly in any afterlife they might experience.

The idea that thoughts and emotions can turn into “thought forms” is intriguing! These forms can stick around after death and affect future lives, creating a kind of karmic balance. It’s fascinating that people may look back on these thought forms from a totally different viewpoint after they've passed on, seeing things in a way they didn’t while they were alive. Let’s keep the conversation going! 😊

I recently finished reading Michael Newton's books, and I was blown away! If you enjoyed his insights on past lives and the experiences between them, you'll likely find Dolores Cannon’s work just as fascinating. She dives into a wider variety of topics that complement Newton's focus nicely.

One thing that really caught my attention is Cannon’s deep hypnosis method. She offers classes on her website, where you can learn about it and even find trained practitioners to work with. How cool is that?

During these hypnosis sessions, participants often report hearing a consistent wise voice guiding them. This idea of continuity across sessions is so intriguing! It makes you think there’s something bigger at play here. Cannon calls this voice the unconscious, but I can’t help but wonder if it might actually be the Holy Spirit speaking through them.

If you're curious about this journey into deeper understanding, I’d definitely recommend exploring both authors! You never know what insights you might gain! 😊
