6 of Wands Reversed: Understanding Its Advice

Sometimes, the cards seem to remind us of recurring themes that ask for our attention. It’s natural to question if they're predicting an outcome or offering guidance instead. Today, I see an invitation to embrace discomfort as a familiar companion, acknowledging that things as they are might be the best they can be right now. Recognizing this can encourage resilience as we navigate work situations where ideal support or resources may be lacking. Take this moment to reflect and consider what small actions could improve your present conditions.

Trust in yourself to find success. Relying too much on others can lead to disappointments.

Avoid being the scapegoat in challenging situations. Protect yourself from blame and conflict.

Stay neutral during disputes. It’s easier to manage issues when you don’t take sides. Focus on your own path, and prioritize your well-being above external pressures.

What should we think about when the Six of Wands shows up reversed? Well, it seems like there’s a desire to shake things up and remove someone from their position of power. It’s interesting how the King of Wands and the Emperor pop in here; they suggest that decision-making could be pretty rigid, almost like a refusal to entertain any ideas that don't fit perfectly into their plans.

So, what can we do? Staying neutral might just be the best move right now. It looks like there isn't any open conflict—no “daggers” flying just yet—but there’s definitely some tension lurking around management not wanting others to step into leadership roles.

Let’s keep an eye on the dynamics! I hope I am doing this correctly now :)
