Ways to open chakras beyond yoga

Hey everyone! I'm a total newbie here, just starting to learn about chakras and how they work. I have a basic understanding, but I’m really curious about how to open them beyond just doing yoga poses. I’ve heard there are lots of other methods out there, and I’d love to hear your tips! Are there any good books or websites you’d recommend? I’m super excited to learn more and would love your advice. 😊

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience with opening chakras. I had an amazing session with a practitioner who really helped me balance my energy. Now, I keep things flowing by using selenite daily—it’s like a quick cleanse to keep me centered. Calibration is super important, especially making sure your front and back are aligned. My friend, who’s a shaman, always emphasizes that. I’m sorry I can’t provide references, but I’ve seen this work firsthand. Give it a try—you might be surprised at how much better you feel!

Opening chakras is achievable through meditation, but it demands patience and persistence. Each chakra can take years to open, so dedication is key. For deeper insight, I recommend "The Secret of the Golden Flower" by Richard Wilhelm, available online for free. The Ajna chakra is sometimes called the Heavenly Heart, while the Anahata is known as the Fleshly Heart. When you attain Siddhi, like the power to jump like a frog, you'll know a chakra is open. Explore more about chakra Siddhi on Google to enhance your practice.
