Tingling sensation at the back of the head: seeking insights

Hey everyone! I stumbled upon this forum while on a quest for answers, and I'm hoping to hear if anyone else has experienced something similar.

A few years back, around 3-4 to be exact, thanks to a friend's influence, I started feeling this funky sensation linked to the "third eye" thing. It's like an odd electric pulse that starts at the back of my head and creeps down through my neck and spine. While I've kind of figured out how to start and stop this strange feeling, it becomes awkwardly ticklish when I try to extend it down to my hands.

Does anyone know what could be causing these sensations or how to deal with them better? It's intriguing but also pretty uncomfortable at times! Any shared stories or tips would be super appreciated! Thanks in advance for any help, folks!

I’ve been feeling this weird tingling sensation at the back of my head, and honestly, I’m a bit unsure about what to make of it. I’ve been digging into chakras and Chinese meridian charts, trying to wrap my head around it all!

Did you know there are actually multiple chakras in that area? I had this wild experience one night where it felt like someone just slapped the back of my head. It was so unexpected! After that, I could feel this rush of energy flowing down my back, which was pretty cool and surprisingly pleasant.
