Three dots form a triangle on my wrist

So, I'm seeing this bright green triangle in my mind's eye every few weeks, and it's been going on for about a year now. It's kind of weird but also really interesting. Anyway, just recently my partner noticed something strange—three symmetric dots on my right wrist. They form a perfect triangle if you connect them. Pretty wild, right?
