Hey everyone, I just came across Muldoon’s Thirst Technique and some other astral projection tips, and I’m really curious about what you all think. I’ve been trying to wrap my head around these ideas, but there’s something that doesn’t quite sit right with me.

So, first off, the whole concept of actualization feels a bit off to me. It seems like it’s trying too hard to be something it’s not. I’ve had some pretty cool spiritual experiences, especially with water. There’s this one time when I was drinking water, and I could swear I heard this Universal Sound Current. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before—it felt so connected and peaceful.

Now, about moving objects in the astral realm. I’ve read a lot about it, but I haven’t found anything that really backs this up. It’s all a bit confusing. If anyone has had a genuine experience with this, I’d love to hear about it.

Another thing that bugs me is how much focus is put on physical appearances or desires in these practices. I mean, isn’t the point of astral projection to connect with something deeper? Focusing on the physical seems to miss the mark. Our etheric bodies just need energy, right? All that focus on looks and stuff feels limiting.

I guess I’m just not sold on this technique. It all feels a bit like chasing something that’s not really there. What do you guys think? Am I missing something here?
