We often hear about how labels shape our identity and experiences. But what's the problem with pinning our struggles on external factors?

Personal accountability is key, right? Eating disorders and alcoholism can feel deeply overwhelming, but maybe part of the journey is recognizing that we hold the power to change. It’s easy to blame trends or society, but do those excuses really help us grow?

Labels might even box us in, preventing exploration of who we could become. Instead of leaning on these terms, why not lean into responsibility? After all, navigating life's challenges might just be about looking within rather than seeking validation or solutions outside ourselves.
