Crying Fits During Heart Chakra Healing

Hey folks, so I've been experiencing some pretty intense heat waves lately while working on healing my heart chakra. It's a wild ride! During my Reiki sessions, I find myself bursting into tears, and I'm curious—does this mean something is actually happening with those blockages lurking around my heart chakra? Oddly enough, I feel way better the next day, as if a load has been lifted.

Is it just me? Anyone else out there dealing with these random crying fits during their heart healing journey? Would love to hear your stories. Let's reassure each other that we're not just losing it! Sorry for babbling on LOL!

I recently had an incredible experience with reiki, focusing on my solar plexus. It was eye-opening.

Since then, I've noticed a shift in my emotional responses. Instead of holding back tears when I feel overwhelmed, I'm allowing myself to cry. It feels freeing to let those emotions out.

This journey is helping me love better and receive love more openly. It's a gradual process, but each step feels meaningful and positive.

Meditation on the heart chakra amplifies your sensitivity—just don't underestimate its power.

Embrace the Eastern non-Reiki techniques; they bring deeper connections to your energy centers. Start with the Ajna chakra for three months, then shift focus to the Anahata for the long game. You'll be in it for years, nurturing that energy until it fully opens.

Integrate evening sessions into your routine, using breath awareness. It's not just ritual; it's transformation! As your heart chakra opens, you'll see real progress through blossoming siddhis. Keep at it!

Crying during Reiki sessions can feel overwhelming, and people often link those tears to the heart chakra opening. But is that all there is to it?

Many clients experience tears as a way of releasing built-up blockages that need attention and healing. It's not just about that one moment; it may take several sessions to work through everything, depending on your unique story and what your inner self truly seeks.

Healing isn't just a quick fix; it's an ongoing journey. For those who haven’t dived deeply into self-exploration, each session might merely scratch the surface. As we peel back layers, more areas for growth emerge over time. Isn’t it fascinating how healing unfolds in unexpected ways? What have others found in their experiences?
