Are palmistry marriage lines reliable?

Hey everyone, I need some advice, and I'm feeling pretty anxious about it. I recently had a palm reading, and the palmist said some things about my marriage/affection lines that have been bothering me. It's really thrown me off! The reading wasn't exactly positive, and it's made me question the whole thing. Are these lines really accurate?

I mean, I've heard people say you can have lots of these lines on your hand, but still end up with just one partner in life. That sounds a bit confusing to me! So now I'm left wondering if I should be worried about what the palmist said or just ignore it altogether.
