Does coffee lower body frequency?

Can drinking coffee really change the body's vibration? In one experiment, a 26-year-old man's frequency dropped to 58 Hz in just three seconds after holding coffee. Surprisingly, it took three days for him to get back to normal.

Another experiment showed a different result with a 24-year-old man. After he drank coffee, his frequency went down to 52 Hz. Yet this time, by inhaling essential oils, his frequency bounced back to normal in just 21 seconds.

There are ideas that keeping a high body frequency and good oxygen levels might help prevent diseases. Essential oils appear significant in this context, but how sensitive are we really to them? Can they truly counteract coffee's effects so quickly?

These experiments raise questions about their accuracy. Before drawing strong conclusions, more research is needed to explore these claims further. How can we better understand the body's response to everyday things like coffee and essential oils? It's a topic that certainly deserves more attention and careful study.

The idea that coffee lowers the body's vibrations is an interesting claim. Caffeine, a stimulant found in coffee, can affect the body in various ways. While some believe stimulants might lower vibrations, others suggest that excessive caffeine consumption could actually increase bodily vibrations, such as heart rate or physical responses. Moderation is key to understanding its effects.

I've often wondered whether coffee lowers the body's vibration, but I haven't noticed any negative effects from moderate consumption. For me, a couple of cups in the morning feel uplifting, enhancing my alertness and focus. I savor the flavor and the energy boost, which I believe are positive experiences. However, I've noticed that drinking too much throughout the day can make me jittery and restless. It's all about balance—enjoying coffee mindfully without overdoing it. This approach keeps me in harmony, appreciating the small joys without letting excess tip the scale.

My golden rule is... if you don't feel a buzz, it's time for another cup of coffee!

With plenty of caffeine coursing through my veins, I might just take on the world! Haha! Coffee has this magical way of lifting spirits and fueling ambition, don't you think?
