Facial tingling sensation inquiry

I have been experiencing a strange sensation on my face for the past few weeks. It usually happens every day around 1 to 2 pm. The tingling starts above my cheeks and goes down to my chin. Along with this, I also feel a warm sensation, but when I look in the mirror, my skin appears normal in color.

I am unsure if this is something spiritual or a sign of nerve damage. Has anyone experienced anything similar or have any insights into what might be causing these symptoms? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
