Third eye pain causing nausea, need relief advice

I'm not sure what's going on, but my third eye area has been aching non-stop for a few days now, and despite trying my usual meditation routines with isochronic tones and solfeggio frequencies that used to help, the pain just won't go away, making me feel a bit sick; it's even affecting my ability to look after my two little ones.

I wonder if this could be some kind of energy imbalance or if maybe my third eye is too open right now, especially since I haven't really kept up with grounding practices lately. A friend once talked about having what they described as major kundalini awakenings when their eye color changed dramatically, which sounds intense and kind of thrilling but also makes me question how these things work.

Anyway, I'm curious if anyone's dealt with something similar or has suggestions for easing this discomfort because right now it's tough to juggle feeling like this while still being present for my kids. Any tips?

Stop everything! This is urgent!

Visualize a bright, clear STOP sign to help ease the pain. Ground yourself—try a bath with rock or sea salt!

Don’t force any situations; it won’t help.

Most importantly, consult a doctor to eliminate any health issues that could be causing this discomfort. Your well-being matters! Take action now!

Hey there!

I’ve been dealing with this annoying pain in my third eye that’s making me feel a bit queasy. I heard that pushing too hard on it might cause an energy imbalance. Maybe that’s what’s going on?

I found some tips that might help. First off, try focusing your energy down to your lower belly, right below the navel. Deep but gentle breathing in that area could really help, too! Just relax and feel your inner body.

Keep at it! Let’s balance those vibes together!

Hey there! I totally get how frustrating it can be when that third eye just won’t chill.

Instead of trying to shut it down, why not embrace what’s happening? Let things unfold naturally without forcing any outcomes.

You might also want to try a few grounding techniques. Deep belly breathing works wonders, and walking barefoot can really connect you back to the earth. Maybe rub your legs after meditating or indulge in some root veggies. Gardening or even hugging a tree could bring some relief too!

Trust your gut—find out what feels right for you! Hope you feel better soon!

Wow, that's fantastic, Dawn!

Have you thought about incorporating belly breathing into your daily routine or even making it a habitual practice? It offers numerous advantages for both mental clarity and overall well-being.

Best,
Xan
