So, I recently had this fascinating experience during meditation—I started seeing colors for the first time! I was surrounded by a beautiful rainbow of colors.

It's funny because a friend of mine described seeing a purple tunnel during their meditation. I'm curious about what others have experienced. I remember reading a thread on this topic before, but I'm eager to hear directly from you guys! Have any of you seen colors while meditating?
 
I’ve been meditating with some friends lately, and it’s been quite a journey! At first, I didn’t see any colors at all. Just the usual calm vibes.

But then, some buddies started talking about seeing colors like a rainbow during our sessions! It was so cool to hear. I never got to see the “purple tunnel” that someone mentioned, but I had my own wild visual. I imagined this worm-hole-like tunnel with light and dark rings, kind of like something from Stargate. Crazy how meditation can take you places!
 
Do colors appear to you during meditation, like they do for me? Winterlilly, it's perfectly okay to observe and enjoy them. Allow yourself a brief moment to appreciate the vivid imagery, but remember to gently return your attention to your meditative focus. While intriguing and beautiful, these colors can sometimes draw you away from the depth of your practice if you linger too long on them. Have others experienced this?

During meditation, it's all about listening to your inner voice and just relaxing. Letting go of control can really help—don’t stress about goals or objectives!

Try to free your mind. Sometimes, the universe gives us little nudges, but our conscious thoughts can get in the way. Trust the process and enjoy the calm! 😊🧘‍♀️
 
It's interesting to think about how everyone might have some form of psychic ability. Yet, many of us grow up believing we don't, often due to societal conditioning.

Our ego tends to feel insecure, pushing us to dismiss anything intuitive. This makes the journey of awakening our intuition a bit unsettling. Those of us who lean on logic might find this experience challenging.

Ultimately, embracing our intuitive side can open up new perspectives, even if it feels uncomfortable at first.
